Join our experts to find out about the support options introduced to help our mortgage customers. As part of the newly introduced Mortgage Charter, there are several support options available to ease the financial pressure our customers are facing because of the base rate rises. At this event we will cover everything you need to know about how we can help.

• Background. An overview of the Mortgage Charter and what this means for our customers.


• Options available. Switching your mortgage to a new deal, extending your mortgage term, switching to interest only payments for 6 months and information on further support available.


• How to make the change. Everything you need to know about accessing and applying for the support.

Anyone is welcome to attend, whether you are a customer with us or not, however this session is to outline support for our existing Halifax mortgage customers.

It is completely free. You just need to register to get your ticket as numbers are limited.
